Juuritahtea

Juuritahtea is a Finnish term that translates to "root tea." It refers to a beverage prepared by infusing various edible roots, typically those found in the Finnish wilderness or cultivated domestically. The practice of making and consuming root teas has historical roots in traditional Finnish folk medicine and foraging culture, where different roots were utilized for their perceived health benefits and distinctive flavors.
