JulianGregorianera
The JulianGregorianera refers to the period of transition between the Julian calendar and the Gregorian calendar. This transition was not immediate but occurred over a period of time as different regions and countries adopted the new calendar. The Julian calendar, introduced by Julius Caesar in 45 BCE, was a solar calendar that was slightly inaccurate, causing a drift in the alignment of the calendar with the seasons. By the 16th century, this drift had become significant enough to affect astronomical calculations and religious observances, particularly the date of Easter.
In 1582, Pope Gregory XIII introduced a reformed calendar, the Gregorian calendar, which corrected the accumulated
