Juhtkonna

Juhtkond is an Estonian term describing the leadership or management team of an organization. The word combines juht (leader) and kond (a group), and the genitive form juhtkonna (as in juhtkonna otsused) is used to indicate possession of the management group. The plural is juhtkonnad.
