The most recognized usage of Joselitos refers to the brand of high-quality Iberian ham produced by the company Jamones Joselitos, S.A. This company is based in Guijuelo, Spain, and is renowned for its premium acorn-fed Iberian hams (Jamón de Bellota Ibérico). The hams are made from the hind legs of Iberian pigs, which are a specific breed native to the Iberian Peninsula. The pigs are raised in dehesas, a type of agro-forestry parkland, and are fed a diet of acorns, grasses, and herbs during the montanera season. Joselitos hams are characterized by their deep red color, fine marbling of intramuscular fat, nutty aroma, and complex, melt-in-your-mouth flavor. The brand emphasizes traditional curing methods and high standards of animal welfare and product quality.

In bullfighting, "Joselito" is a nickname often associated with José Gómez Ortega (1895-1920), one of the most celebrated and influential bullfighters in history.
