Jogsértési

Jogsértési is a Hungarian civil-law term referring to acts or omissions that unlawfully infringe legally protected rights or interests of a person, a group, or a legal entity. It is derived from jogsértés, meaning violation of rights, and the adjective form jogsértési is used to describe the liability or actions arising from such infringements. The concept covers infringements of personality rights (such as honor, privacy, name and image), as well as property and contractual rights.

A jogsértési claim is typically a civil action aimed at redress rather than a criminal charge.
