Jung Ho-seok, known professionally as J-Hope, is a South Korean rapper, dancer, and singer. Born February 18, 1994, in Gwangju, he rose to fame as a member of the boy band BTS, formed by Big Hit Entertainment (now HYBE). Within BTS, J-Hope is recognized for his energetic dancing and rap, and he has contributed to songwriting and production across the group’s projects.
