JFE Holdings, Inc. is a Japanese steel conglomerate headquartered in Tokyo. It was established in 2002 through the merger of Nippon Kokan (NKK) and Kawasaki Steel Corporation, creating one of the world’s largest steel producers. As a holding company, JFE oversees core steelmaking and related businesses within a diversified group.

The JFE Group’s principal subsidiaries include JFE Steel Corporation, which operates integrated steelworks and produces a wide range of steel products; JFE Engineering Corporation, providing engineering and construction services for steel plants and other facilities; and JFE Shoji Trade Co., Ltd., the trading arm handling steel and related materials.
