Kawasaki
Kawasaki is a city in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. It lies on the south bank of the Tama River, between Tokyo and Yokohama, and is part of the Greater Tokyo Area. The city forms part of the Keihin industrial region and has a diversified economy centered on manufacturing, logistics, and services. Kawasaki is served by multiple JR and private rail lines, as well as a port and expressways that connect it with central Tokyo and Yokohama. The population is around 1.5 million, and the city covers roughly 142 square kilometers. It hosts cultural facilities, parks, and educational institutions that reflect its urban character.
