Izohlarga
Izohlarga is a term in Uzbek grammar that refers to the dative plural form of izoh, meaning explanation or note. As a grammatical form, izohlarga functions as an indirect object or as a referential domain in a sentence, roughly translating to “to explanations” or “to the explanations.” It is formed by taking izoh (explanation) plus lar (plural suffix) and adding ga (the dative case). Because Uzbek vowel harmony applies, izohlarga appears in that exact sequence.
Usage: Izohlarga is used when the writer wants to indicate the target of an action or the
- Izohlarga e’tibor qaratildi. (Attention was directed to the explanations.)
- Izohlarga ko‘ra, tadbir kengaytirilishi lozim. (According to the explanations, the measure should be expanded.)
Limitations: Izohlarga cannot stand alone as a complete sentence; it requires a verb or preposition to define
