Iskunvaimenninjärjestelmä, commonly referred to as a shock absorber system, is a critical component in vehicles and other machinery designed to control and dampen unwanted oscillations or shocks. Its primary function is to absorb the kinetic energy of springs and convert it into heat, which is then dissipated. Without an effective damping system, vehicles would continue to bounce for extended periods after encountering bumps or uneven surfaces, leading to a harsh ride, poor handling, and increased wear on other components.
