The approach emphasizes privacy-by-design, user consent, and portability across vendors.

Core components include a unique investoreid, cryptographic keys, and verifiable credentials issued by trusted authorities (such as regulators or financial institutions). Investors control which credentials are disclosed in a given interaction, with revocation mechanisms to resign credentials if conditions change.
