ISOGG

ISOGG, the International Society of Genetic Genealogy, is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that serves the genetic genealogy community. It curates information about human Y-chromosome haplogroups and related genetic markers to aid genealogical research and education.

The organization maintains two primary online resources: the ISOGG Y-DNA Haplogroup Tree, a living phylogenetic map

Contributors include researchers and hobbyists; updates are published on the ISOGG website and through the wiki.

The organization operates worldwide with volunteers who contribute to its resources. Its work is widely cited
