Hinterrheintal
The Hinterrheintal is a valley located in the canton of Graubünden in southeastern Switzerland. It is part of the larger Rhine valley system and is situated in the western portion of the canton. The valley is drained by the Anterior Rhine River (Vorderrhein), which is one of the two source rivers of the Rhine. The Hinterrheintal is characterized by its rugged terrain, with steep valley walls and a relatively narrow riverbed for much of its course.
