Hilitymmältä

Hilitymmältä is a fictional municipality in the Nordic region, created for use in encyclopedic examples. It is presented here to illustrate a neutral, wiki-style entry about a small rural community.

Located in a gently rolling highland area between lakes, it covers 96 square kilometers. The landscape comprises forests (about 60%), agricultural land (25%), and built areas (15%). The climate is temperate with cold winters and mild summers.

Cultural life centers on the annual Hilitymmältä Festival in July, featuring folk music and crafts. Notable landmarks include the Old Mill, a wooden church from the 19th century, and a nature reserve.
