Hilfiger is an American fashion brand founded by designer Thomas Jacob Hilfiger in 1985 in New York City. The company began with a focus on men's sportswear and evolved into a global label offering a full range of clothing for men, women and children, as well as accessories, fragrances, and home textiles. The brand is known for a classic American preppy aesthetic and its signature red, white and blue flag logo.

Production and distribution are managed under PVH Corp., which acquired Tommy Hilfiger in 2006 for about $1.6 billion. Since then, Hilfiger has operated as a subsidiary of PVH, with design and marketing based in New York and a global network of company-owned stores, franchises, department stores and online channels.
