Glaussaceras
Glaussaceras is a genus of extinct marine reptiles belonging to the plesiosaur order. These long-necked marine predators inhabited the oceans during the Late Cretaceous period, approximately 90 to 70 million years ago. Fossils attributed to Glaussaceras have primarily been discovered in marine sedimentary rocks.
