GateTreiberICs
GateTreiberICs are integrated circuits that generate the gate drive signals required to switch power semiconductor devices such as MOSFETs and IGBTs in power electronics. They provide appropriate gate voltage levels, timing, and protection to ensure reliable switching and to prevent cross-conduction.
Most gateTreiberICs offer high-side and low-side drive capabilities, often in a half-bridge or full-bridge configuration. High-side
GateTreiberICs vary in drive strength and speed, input logic compatibility, supply voltage range, and isolation rating.
