Ganale

Ganale is a river in southern Ethiopia, one of the major tributaries of the Jubba River. In some sources it is also referred to as the Ganale Doria, a name that honors the Italian explorer Giacomo Doria. The Ganale originates in the Ethiopian Highlands and flows generally southward through the Oromia and Somali Regions, joining the Dawa River to form the Jubba, which continues to the Indian Ocean in Somalia.
