Galkot
Galkot is a municipality in Baglung District in the Gandaki Province of Nepal. It is situated in the western part of Nepal, approximately 250 kilometers west of Kathmandu. The municipality was established in 2014 by merging existing village development committees. Galkot lies at the confluence of the Dhorpatan-Burtibang road and the Siddhartha Highway, making it an important transit point.
