Gabaldon
Gabaldon is a municipality in the province of Nueva Ecija, Philippines, located in the Central Luzon region. It lies inland on the plains that characterize much of the province and is predominantly rural, with agriculture as the main economic activity. The town is named after Isauro Gabaldón, a Filipino legislator who authored Act No. 1801, commonly known as the Gabaldón Act, which funded the construction of public school buildings across the Philippines in the early 20th century. The act and its school-building program left a lasting historical imprint, giving rise to the term Gabaldón school buildings associated with that era.
