Fékrendszerei refers to the braking systems of vehicles. These systems are crucial for safety, enabling a vehicle to slow down or stop. The primary function of a brake system is to convert kinetic energy into heat through friction. This is typically achieved by applying pressure to brake pads, which then press against a rotor or drum attached to the wheel.

There are several types of braking systems commonly found in modern vehicles. The most prevalent is the hydraulic brake system. This system uses the electric motor to slow the vehicle down, converting kinetic energy back into electrical energy to recharge the battery. Parking brakes, also known as handbrakes, are mechanical systems used to keep the vehicle stationary when parked. These can be operated by a lever, pedal, or an electronic button. Regular maintenance of brake systems, including checking brake fluid levels and wear on brake pads and rotors, is essential for ensuring optimal performance and safety.
