Färglampor, often translated as "color lamps" or "mood lamps," are lighting devices designed to emit colored light. These lamps are typically used to influence the ambiance of a space, create decorative effects, or for therapeutic purposes. The color of the light produced can be achieved through various technological means.

Historically, colored light was produced by using colored glass filters placed in front of a light source or by coating bulbs with colored paint.
