Folkrättsliga
Folkrättsliga refers to principles, rules, and norms that govern the relationships between states and other international actors. It is the body of law that applies to the international community, distinct from domestic law which governs within a single state. The term is derived from the Swedish words "folk" meaning people or nation, and "rättsliga" meaning legal or pertaining to law. Therefore, folkrättsliga can be understood as "international legal" or "pertaining to the law of nations."
