Fleksitarismi

Fleksitarismi, also known as semi-vegetarianism or flexitarianism, is a dietary pattern where individuals primarily consume plant-based foods but occasionally include meat, poultry, or fish. It is characterized by flexibility and a reduction in meat consumption rather than complete elimination.
