Flatfloor

Flatfloor refers to a type of flooring system often found in modern office buildings, data centers, and other environments where flexibility and access to underfloor utilities are paramount. It is characterized by a raised structure that creates a void between the original structural slab and the finished walking surface. This void, typically ranging from a few inches to several feet in height, serves as a plenum for electrical wiring, data cables, HVAC ductwork, and plumbing.
