Finansberetning
Finansberetning is the management’s report that accompanies the annual financial statements of Norwegian companies. It provides a narrative overview of the company’s activities during the financial year, describes significant events, and explains factors that have influenced the result and financial position. The report is prepared in accordance with the Norwegian Accounting Act (Regnskapsloven) and the applicable accounting standards, such as IFRS for listed groups or NGAAP for other entities. It complements the financial statements by presenting qualitative information, risk exposure, key estimates and judgments, and a view of future developments.
