In a filesystemdriven system, operations such as data storage, retrieval, organization, and even complex logic might be mapped directly onto filesystem operations like file creation, deletion, reading, writing, and directory traversal. For example, a system might use a specific directory structure to represent relationships between data entities, or employ file naming conventions to encode metadata.
