Faryab

Faryab is a province in the northwestern part of Afghanistan. Its capital is the city of Maimana. The province is part of the country’s Northern Region and is bordered by Turkmenistan to the north and by several Afghan provinces to the other sides, including Jawzjan, Badghis, and Sar-e Pol.
