Falácia

Falácia refers to a mistaken belief, especially one based on unsound arguments. In logic and rhetoric, a fallácia is a defect in an argument that renders it invalid. These errors can be subtle and persuasive, leading individuals to accept conclusions that are not well-supported by the premises. Fallacies are often categorized into formal and informal types.
