Faktorennachlässen, also known as factoring discounts, refers to a financial practice where a business sells its accounts receivable to a third party, known as a factor, at a discount. This allows the business to receive immediate cash flow instead of waiting for customers to pay their invoices. The factor then takes over the responsibility of collecting these outstanding debts from the customers.
