Fagotsütaarsed

Fagotsütaarsed, also known as fagott-sütaarsed or double bassoon, is a musical instrument that combines the characteristics of the bassoon and the contrabassoon. It is a rare and specialized instrument, typically used in orchestras and ensembles that require a lower range than the contrabassoon can provide. The fagotsütaarsed is essentially a bassoon with an extended bass system, allowing it to produce even lower notes.

The instrument is played using a double reed, similar to the bassoon, but with a larger and more powerful reed to accommodate the lower pitch.
