Fabrikkdata

Fabrikkdata is a term used to describe data generated by or used within manufacturing facilities. It covers information produced by machines, processes, and systems on the factory floor, as well as data collected from related business systems. The purpose of fabrikkdata is to support monitoring, analysis, and optimization of production performance.

Data sources include Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machines, sensors and meters, as well as enterprise systems such as ERP for planning and procurement.
