FBARdomain
FBARdomain is a term that refers to the specific frequency range or bandwidth occupied by a Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) device known as a Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR). FBARs are microacoustic resonators that utilize a thin film of piezoelectric material sandwiched between two electrodes. When an electrical signal is applied, the piezoelectric material vibrates, generating acoustic waves. These acoustic waves propagate through the film and reflect off the boundaries, creating standing waves that resonate at specific frequencies.
The FBARdomain is the set of frequencies where the FBAR exhibits significant resonance. This resonance leads
