Europallets
Europallets, also known as European pallets, are standardized wooden pallets used for the transportation and storage of goods. They are defined by the European Pallet Association (EPAL) and are widely used across Europe and beyond. Europallets are typically made of solid wood and have a specific design that includes a top deck, two side panels, and a bottom deck. The dimensions of a Europallet are 1200 mm x 800 mm, with a height of 144 mm. The top deck has a height of 100 mm, and the bottom deck has a height of 44 mm. The side panels are 100 mm high. Europallets are designed to be reusable and can withstand significant weight and handling. They are commonly used in the logistics and transportation industries for the efficient movement of goods. The standardization of Europallets facilitates international trade and logistics, as they can be easily transported and handled across different countries and regions.
