Esiintymishäiriö, known in English as performance anxiety or stage fright, is a common psychological condition characterized by significant fear and anxiety experienced in anticipation of or during a performance or public speaking situation. This can manifest in various settings, including professional presentations, artistic performances, academic recitations, or even social gatherings where an individual feels they are being observed or judged.
