Eoista
Eoista is a genus of sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Buccinidae, the true whelks. The genus is native to the Indo-Pacific region. The surface of the shell may exhibit axial ribs and spiral sculpture, varying in prominence depending on the species. The aperture is usually narrow, and the siphonal canal is short.
