Endurmatar

Endurmatar is a term of uncertain origin, but it is generally understood to refer to the practice of consuming one's own biological waste products, primarily urine and feces, as a form of sustenance or for perceived health benefits. This practice is not recognized as a legitimate or safe dietary habit by mainstream medical or scientific communities.
