Endotermiline
Endotermiline is not a term with a widely accepted meaning in biology, chemistry, or physiology. As of 2025, there is no peer‑reviewed publication, database entry, or standardized nomenclature that defines endotermiline as a specific molecule, gene, protein, or physiological process. Consequently, the term is generally considered undefined outside of speculative or informal contexts.
In some informal or speculative usages, endotermiline has been invoked to denote a hypothetical intracellular agent
The term should not be confused with endotherm, which describes organisms that maintain their body temperature
