Allergen information is a particularly important aspect of food labeling. Common allergens such as gluten, milk, eggs, soy, nuts, and fish must be clearly indicated, often by highlighting them in the ingredients list. This helps individuals with food allergies or intolerances to avoid products that could cause adverse reactions.
