Eliminointimenetelmässä

Eliminointimenetelmässä, often translated as the elimination method or method of elimination, is a fundamental technique used in algebra for solving systems of linear equations. The core idea behind this method is to systematically eliminate one or more variables from the system by adding or subtracting multiples of the equations. This process reduces the number of variables in the system, eventually leading to a single equation with a single variable, which can then be easily solved.

To apply the eliminointimenetelmässä, one typically manipulates the equations so that the coefficients of one variable are opposites or identical.
