Ekstracapsulære
Ekstracapsulære refers to a condition in which a fetus is born with its head outside the amniotic sac, but still inside the uterus. This is a rare occurrence, with an estimated incidence of about 1 in 10,000 births. The condition is typically diagnosed during the second trimester of pregnancy through ultrasound. The amniotic sac is a fluid-filled membrane that surrounds and protects the fetus.
