Egotkinizálás is a neologism that describes the act of excessively focusing on oneself and one's own thoughts and feelings, often to the detriment of acknowledging or considering others. It refers to a state where an individual's ego becomes the primary lens through which they perceive and interact with the world. This can manifest as a persistent self-absorption, a tendency to interpret all situations through a personal filter, and a difficulty in empathizing with others' perspectives.

The term suggests a process of "ego-ification" or making something "ego-centric." It is not a formally recognized psychological term but is used in informal discourse to critique behavior characterized by self-importance, a lack of humility, and a disproportionate emphasis on personal experiences and opinions.
