Eanflæd
Eanflæd was a Mercian princess and queen consort of Northumbria. She was the daughter of King Eorpwald of East Anglia and a descendant of King Rædwald of East Anglia. Eanflæd married King Oswin of Northumbria, who had recently ascended to the throne after the death of his predecessor, King Oswald. Her marriage to Oswin was politically significant, as it strengthened his claim to the throne and allied Northumbria with East Anglia.
