EUBauprodukten refers to construction products marketed within the European Union. Since 2011, their marketing is governed by Regulation (EU) No 305/2011, known as the Construction Products Regulation (CPR). The CPR creates harmonized rules for the marketing of construction products and aims to ensure that performance claims are reliable, enabling free movement of products within the internal market while safeguarding safety, health, and environmental requirements. It replaced the earlier Construction Products Directive (89/106/EEC).
