EPCIC stands for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning. It is a project delivery method used primarily in the energy, chemical, and infrastructure sectors, especially for complex capital projects such as offshore platforms, pipelines, LNG facilities, and large industrial plants.
