E32
E32 is best known as the internal chassis code BMW used for the second generation of its 7 Series flagship sedan. Manufactured from 1986 through 1994, the E32 represented a more spacious, refined, and technologically updated interpretation of BMW’s luxury sedan. It was offered in both standard wheelbase and long-wheelbase forms, with the long-wheelbase variants identified by the suffix iL. The model range commonly included 730i, 735i, 740i, and 750i, with the corresponding long-wheelbase versions 730iL, 735iL, 740iL, and 750iL. The top-of-the-line 750i/750iL was equipped with a V12 engine, while other variants used inline six engines.
