Doe VAL VAL, also known as Doe VAL Val or DoeVAL, is a genetic disorder caused by a mutation in the AARS gene. This disorder is a form of aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase-related disorder, which affects the production of proteins in the body.

People with DoeVAL VAL typically experience a range of symptoms, including delayed developmental milestones, developmental delays, intellectual disability, muscular hypotonia, and seizures. Some individuals may also exhibit behaviors such as hyperactivity, anxiety, and mood swings.

The genetic mutation responsible for DoeVAL VAL is a heterogeneous mutation, meaning that it can be caused by different types of mutations in the AARS gene. The inheritance pattern of DoeVAL VAL is autosomal dominant, meaning that a person only needs one copy of the mutated gene to be affected.

Doe VAL VAL was first described in the medical literature in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Since then, a small number of cases have been reported in the medical literature. Due to the rarity of the disorder, there are currently no established treatments or therapies for DoeVAL VAL.
