Diperlukan

The noun form keperluan or kebutuhan can express the concept of a requirement or need.

Cross-linguistic notes. In Malay, diperlu-kan similarly expresses passive necessity, and dibutuhkan is also used. The distinction between formal (diperlukan) and common usage (dibutuhkan) is common across Malay-speaking contexts.
