Diodiyksiköt
Diodiyksiköt, often referred to as diodes, are fundamental semiconductor electronic components. They are two-terminal electronic devices that conduct current primarily in one direction. This unidirectional current flow is achieved through the internal structure of the diode, which typically consists of a p-n junction. A p-n junction is formed by joining a p-type semiconductor material (which has an excess of holes, or positive charge carriers) with an n-type semiconductor material (which has an excess of electrons, or negative charge carriers).
When a voltage is applied across the diode in the forward direction, meaning the positive terminal is
Diodes have a wide range of applications in electronics. They are commonly used for rectification, converting
