Decydowanie

Decydowanie is a Polish lexical form associated with decisiveness and the act of deciding. In contemporary standard Polish, the closest and more common terms are zdecydowanie, meaning definitely or decisively, and decyzja or decyzyjność, which refer to a decision or the quality of being decisive. Decydowanie appears mainly as a rarely used or older variant, and in many contexts speakers would choose zdecydowanie or a related noun to express the intended sense.

The word is linked to the same root as decyzja (decision) and the related verb decydować or zdecydować (to decide).
